Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Didn’t tell me until pickup a credit card was required. I need to leave in less than a hour with my family for our vacation and they were rude and not helpful one bit. The store was extremely unprofessional and had no ac as well. I hate to sound like a Karen but I’ll never use enterprise again after the experience I had this morning. Enterprise should come audit this location and sit in on a day to see the type of service they’re providing to customers that have used them in the past. I’d be embarrassed if I worked for enterprise after that.

I recently had to use this company for a rental, after my first car accident. I had an amazing rental and Tyquan Thomas helped me every step of the way from start to finish. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was grateful when he reached out to me, letting me know that my insurance’s contract with them was about to end and I should contact my insurance and ask for an extension. As a young lady that has never used a car rental company before, Tyquan made the experience smooth and easy. He gave me many options of locations for rentals when one wasn’t initially available and notified me when the next one would be available. I asked for guidance on how to find the people that did a hit and run on me since they allegedly also had a rental. He was incredibly helpful with that and suggested who to contact for further assistance. I wouldn’t want another enterprise experience unless Tyquan Thomas is there helping me. Thanks man!

I have been doing business with Enterprise for years but most recently I have frequented the location on Assembly Street. Can I tell you that the branch manager, Darian R. Greene, is awesome all the time. He is such a kind individual and is tries to accommodate everyone (at much within his control). He is extremely friendly and professional all the time. I work a law firm located nearby this branch and whether I am renting from Enterprise or merely walking to work, he is always friendly and provides a smile and a wave. Even at the their most busiest moments--he does not allow the pressure to diminish his personality. He is just an outstanding gentleman who deserves to be promoted to a regional director/manager. I know he has a bright future ahead of him, and, hopefully upper management with Enterprise Rent-A-Car will recognize him with more than a 'thank you' because obtaining excellent customer service is key to returning customers. Mr. Greene deserves to be acknowledged with an increase in pay and/or a promotion. Ladies, he is also easy on the eyes :-)

I couldn't let another day go by without posting this. Back in February me and my family attended a wedding in FL and needed to rent a car. Initially I went to Enterprise because they were convenient. But the whole experience is what made me return. The manager and rep were very professional, patient and thorough. They took their time and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and treated me like a person and not just a reservation number. A couple weeks later, we had a death in the family and needed to travel to GA. It was last minute and I was worried we wouldn't be able to get a car. But nope! Enterprise made it happen seamlessly. So thank u Enterprise and the people at the Assembly St location in Columbia. You gave me one less thing to worry about, and came thru when me and my family needed it the most.
